In terms of work deployment, by 2030, the focus will be on promoting low-carbon and carbon reduction from the following eleven aspects (detailed into 39 specific tasks):
First, promote green and low-carbon production processes. Adhere to independent research and joint innovation, cooperate with research institutes to establish an industry university research application system, actively pilot and promote new green and low-carbon production process technologies such as ammonia oxime, low nitrogen combustion, intelligent heating control of coke ovens, and energy-saving and water-saving treatment of closed vaporization quenching wastewater carbonization.
Second, actively carry out carbon capture, utilization, and storage work. Focus on the application of high-end chemical new materials based on carbon dioxide, degradable plastics, carbon dioxide synthesis of methanol, carbon dioxide oil displacement, and carbon dioxide storage.
Third, accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading. Combine the advantages of Risun's industry (such as high-end new materials PA6 and PA66 series products), vigorously develop advanced low-carbon products such as biodegradable plastics (such as PBAT, carbon dioxide based biodegradable plastic PPC-X), hydrogen energy, and build insulation materials.
Fourth, further improve the green supply chain system, including continuing to increase the proportion of fire transportation, increasing the proportion of new energy vehicles such as LNG vehicles and hydrogen heavy-duty trucks in logistics, planning and constructing a gas hydrogen electric oil four in one comprehensive station around the park, and selecting green production enterprises as suppliers.
Fifth, promote collaborative carbon reduction across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. Actively couple and develop with steel enterprises, explore new development models such as steel coke joint, coal coke joint, and coal steel coke joint, unify planning, provide on-site support, reduce logistics and energy consumption, and reduce carbon emissions.
Sixth, vigorously develop the hydrogen energy industry. Formulate and implement the Risun Group Hydrogen Energy Development Plan, rely on the unique combination advantages of being the world's largest independent coke producer and supplier in hydrogen energy resources, costs, regions, quality, processes, clean and low-carbon development of the hydrogen energy industry. Follow the development concept of "one line (production-storage-transportation- processing-utilization), one network (a smart hydrogen energy supply network radiating across China), two wings (technology+services), and four stages", lay out the entire industry chain, create a clean and low-carbon energy supplier, energy ecosystem integrator, advanced energy technology provider, and excellent energy transformation service provider, effectively undertake the implementation of the group's energy strategy, pomote carbon neutrality, and form a new business growth pole for the group. Up to now, Risun Hydrogen Energy has formed a complete industrial chain layout of production, storage, transportation, processing, utilization and research, becoming the largest hydrogen supplier in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of China.
Seventh, increase the electrification rate and the proportion of clean energy. Risun Group aims to achieve an electrification rate of 20% by 2030, replacing those that cannot be electrified with hydrogen power generation. Actively layout new energy sources such as photovoltaics, wind power, and hydrogen energy; expand hydrogen energy application scenarios in various industrial parks in Risun.
Eighth, realize comprehensive platformization, digitization, and intelligent development. Promote the industrial Internet platform "Risun Industrial Cloud" for the energy and chemical industry, use the platform+data+service model to achieve the integration of IT and OT, comprehensively support the cloud application, cloud business, cloud data and cloud management of the industry from service providers to enterprises, provide themselves and industry enterprises with an industrial Internet platform with low access costs and high added value, support the group's development strategy and digital transformation needs, and create an efficient, low-carbon and green smart base. By utilizing technologies such as 5G, industrial artificial intelligence, and IoT, industry challenges in measurement, distribution, transportation, and management during the production process can be solved. Based on the "Risun Industrial Cloud", an energy comprehensive management system is constructed to improve the environmental protection, safety level, and efficiency of electricity and water use in the manufacturing environment, reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of energy.
Ninth, build Risun Forest and Public Welfare Forest, and develop forestry carbon sinks.

Eleventh, promote the development of overseas layout. To implement the national layout and global expansion of Risun's business, the coking project originally planned to be implemented during the Group's "Seventh Five-Year Plan" period will be advanced to the "Sixth Five-Year Plan", exchanging "time" for "space" and "overseas" to supplement "domestic", and placed in a strategic position for rapid and orderly promotion. At present, the first overseas physical manufacturing vase of Risun has been established in Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, with an annual output of 4.8 million tons of coking projects gradually put into operation and reaching production capacity. At the same time, it is necessary to research and plan downstream fine chemical projects, extend, supplement, and strengthen the chain, broaden the circular industry clusters, expand effective industrial investment, and enhance industrial carrying capacity. Build the world's most competitive coking industry, establish Risun Group's modern coal chemical, new energy, and new material circular economy smart industry overseas base, and create a "bridgehead" for Risun's global development.
