Dingzhou Risun Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd. is located in Risun Dingzhou Base, New Materials Industrial Park, Dingzhou High-tech Development Zone, Hebei Province. It was established in December 2020, with a registered capital of 320 million yuan. It is the parent company established by Risun Group to support the development of Risun's hydrogen energy industry in response to the national "Dual Carbon" goal. It has four subsidiaries: Xingtai Risun Hydrogen Energy, Yuncheng Risun Hydrogen Energy, Hohhot Risun Hydrogen Energy, and Baoding Risun Hydrogen Energy. Relying on Risun Group's unique advantages in resources, region, cost, clean and low-carbon, quality, process, and policy support as the world's largest independent coke producer and supplier, it focuses on the strategic positioning of "undertaking the group's energy strategy implementation, assisting carbon neutrality, and creating new business growth poles". It follows the "1124" development strategy of one line (production-storage-transportation- processing-utilization), one network (a smart hydrogen energy supply network radiating across China), two wings (technology+services), and four stages (from point to line, from line to network, layout of the entire industry chain, phased development of clean and low-carbon energy suppliers, energy ecosystem integrators, advanced energy technology developers, and excellent energy transformation service providers). Starting from the demonstration project of high-purity hydrogen production and refueling stations, it constructs the Risun hydrogen energy operation platform, incubates the Risun hydrogen energy business sector, expands the scale of Risun hydrogen energy industry, establishes the "production, storage, transportation, refueling, and utilization+research" hydrogen energy ecological model, and connects the interaction links of technology and business cycle. Therefore, it forms a micro circulation industry ecosystem of "business guiding research and development, research and development supporting technology, and technology empowering business". By leveraging breakthroughs and demonstrations in transformative key technologies to achieve integrated development of fossil and renewable energy, it has become the largest hydrogen supplier and clean hydrogen supply base in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of China.

In terms of hydrogen production, it has built four high-purity hydrogen production lines totaling 24 tons/day, and has passed the certification of Low Carbon Hydrogen, Clean Hydrogen, and Renewable Hydrogen Standards and Evaluation, becoming one of the first demonstration city cluster clean hydrogen certification enterprises in China. It has established strategic cooperation with the Aerospace 101 Institute, enabling China's first hydrogen expansion 5 tons/day hydrogen liquefaction system to settle in Risun, jointly building a liquid hydrogen plant and creating a liquid hydrogen demonstration;

In terms of storage and transportation, it has obtained the qualification for road transportation of hazardous chemicals and established a hydrogen transportation fleet, thus forming a complete hydrogen energy guarantee system capability;

In terms of hydrogen refueling, it has built and put into operation the Dingzhou 1,000 kg/day hydrogen electric oil and gas comprehensive energy station, Xingtai 1,000 kg/day hydrogen refueling station, and Baoding 1,000 kg/day hydrogen refueling station;

In terms of application, it has opened five cross regional hydrogen energy heavy-duty truck lines, and its "hydrogen liquefaction storage and long-distance pipeline transportation scenarios" have been selected as the first batch of innovative application scenarios for the hydrogen energy industry in Hebei Province. At the same time, it successfully built several hydrogen energy application scenarios for Risun's own business, summarized and successfully completed the typical practice of supplying high-purity hydrogen for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and an important special project, and formed the basic model of Risun hydrogen energy to ensure urban transportation and other scenarios;

In terms of research and development, it has completed the establishment of the Risun Hydrogen Energy Research Laboratory and is currently conducting research and development on hydrogen liquefaction process conversion technology and hydrogen energy cogeneration projects.
