Coke Business is one of the core operations within Risun, a large-scale enterprise group that promotes the coordinated development of various business segments.

Chemicals represent a pillar industry and one of the core businesses of Risun. Originating from coke production, the Group has utilized a vertical integration development model to forge distinctive chemical industry chains in carbon materials, aromatics, alcohols, and ammonia, among others. With 59 chemical production lines and 4 high-purity hydrogen production lines, Risun has established itself as the world's largest processor of coke crude benzene, the second-largest processor of high-temperature coal tar globally, the second-largest producer of caprolactam worldwide, China's largest producer of phthalic anhydride from industrial naphthalene, China's largest producer of methanol from coke oven gas, and the largest supplier of high-purity hydrogen in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of China.

Relying on Risun's vertically integrated large-scale chemical industry chain, and given that the new energy sector encompasses anode materials, cathode materials, silicon materials, and more, all of which are fundamentally based on chemical materials, the Group has made a strategic decision to enter the new energy industry and establish a comprehensive new energy company listed on the A-share market.

By using Risun's vertically integrated large-scale chemical industry chain, the Group has made a strategic decision to enter the new materials industry, given that new materials represent an extension of Risun's existing chemical-based portfolio. Through the combined efforts of Cangzhou Risun and Dongming Risun, the Group is focused on utilizing caprolactam as the foundation to develop PA6, PA66, and other new material industries. Concurrently, we are planning new materials projects in base located in Xingtai, Dingzhou, Yuncheng, Hohhot, Leting, and other regions, with the aim of establishing a collaborative development and expansion platform for the new materials sector across the entire Group. This strategic move will enable Risun to develop its strengths and resources more effectively, fostering innovation and growth in the new materials field.

The technology sector serves as a vital pillar for Risun's implementation of an innovation-driven development strategy. Risun boasts 17 national high-tech enterprises, a team of over 1,000 R&D engineers (including 100 Ph.D. holders and 556 master's degree holders), 17 Group-level research institutes, and a comprehensive infrastructure comprising 20,000 square meters of specialized R&D laboratories, 130,000 square meters of pilot testing bases, 3 provincial-level engineering technology research centers, 3 provincial-level technology innovation centers, 1 provincial-level key laboratory, 8 provincial-level enterprise technology centers, 7 provincial-level industrial enterprise R&D institutions (Grade A), 5 national-level testing centers, as well as research and innovation platforms such as academician and expert workstations, postdoctoral research stations, and postdoctoral innovation practice bases.

With a total operating capacity of 21.6 million tons/year, our operations encompass an annual coal production of 3.6 million tons and an annual raw coal washing capacity of 18 million tons. Together with the Group’s coke business, this has achieved a dual increase in competitiveness.

The operation management service business is a business developed by Risun in 2014, which is dedicated to empowering and assisting the company's business expansion in the industry. There are mainly three forms: first, the operation management service model of production technology (only responsible for production technology management); The second is the integrated operation and management service model of marketing (only responsible for the operation of the sales process); The third is an operational management service model that comprehensively takes responsibility for sales, transportation, production, and supply.

Risun Real Estate focuses on residential development and engages in comprehensive real estate businesses such as high-end residential buildings, boutique office buildings, industrial towns, property management, design, sales, and consulting. The project development covers multiple regions such as Beijing, Hebei, Hainan, and Guangdong, forming multiple product series including Xuefu series, Xingfu series, and Forest series. It has completed and delivered to multiple high-quality real estate projects, including Lucid Forest & Elegant Architecture (Qinglin Yazhu), Xingfu Neighbor, Xingfu County, Rainforest Sea, Begonia (Haitang) Garden, and Spring Leans World (Quanqing Tianxia), and has won awards such as provincial structural quality engineering and provincial government quality.
