Inner Mongolia Xiangfu New Energy Co., Ltd. is located in Risun Shangdu Base, Changsheng Industrial Park, Qitai Town, Shangdu County, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It was established in December 2022 and is a company specializing in lithium battery negative electrode materials. The company currently has a production capacity of 40,000 tons for finished products and 18,000 tons for graphitization. According to the overall plan and deployment of Risun Group's strategic entry into the new energy, new materials, and digital industries, Binhai Energy completed the acquisition of Xiangfu New Energy in May 2023, and plans to use it as a carrier to build a 200,000 tons/year integrated project for lithium battery negative electrode materials, thereby achieving iterative upgrading of the entire process of lithium battery negative electrode materials and creating a globally leading green, low-carbon, intelligent negative electrode material industrial park.
