Risun Sulawesi Base in Indonesia was established in 2021, covering an area of 2,250 mu. It is located in Qingshan Industrial Park, China Indonesia Comprehensive Industrial Park (specifically in Bahodopi Town, Morowali County, Sulawesi Province, Central Sulawesi Island, Indonesia). It is a joint venture between Risun Group, Delong Group, Qingshan Group, Nangang Group, and Zhongwei Group, with one Risun Group holding company — Risun Weishan New Energy (Indonesia) Co., Ltd., and two Risun Group shareholding companies — Detian Coking (Indonesia) Co., Ltd. and Indonesia Jinxiang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Its total coke capacity is 13.4 million tons/year, which is the first overseas entity manufacturing park of Risun Group in response to the national "One Belt and Road" initiative and promoting the construction of "national layout+global development" of Risun business. The Qingshan Industrial Park, located in Jianyuan, was one of the signed projects witnessed by President Xi Jinping during his visit to Indonesia in October 2013. It is a demonstration base for economic and trade cooperation between China and Indonesia, as well as a demonstration cooperation project for the “One Belt and Road” Initiative. In August 2016, it was jointly confirmed by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance as an overseas economic and trade cooperation zone; in August 2018, the Indonesian central government designated it as a bonded zone. At present, it has developed into a modern large-scale industrial park with three-dimensional transportation channels of sea, land, and air, complete production and living facilities.

As for the Risun Weishan 4.8 million tons/year coking project in Risun Sulawesi Base, Indonesia, it mainly involves the construction of six 66 hole 7.1-meter energy-saving insulated large capacity top loading coke ovens. It has already put into operation two coke ovens, producing 1.6 million tons of coke/year. After the project is fully put into operation, it will produce 4.8 million tons of coke, 222,000 tons of tar, 63,300 tons of crude benzene, 69,600 tons of ammonium sulfate, and 870 million cubic meters of coke oven gas annually. It can provide stable and high-quality energy and fine chemical products for local enterprises, meet the current and future development needs of Indonesia, and be sold to Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. Its project has obtained the Indonesian Pioneer Industry Certification and enjoys the support of the "Ten Exemptions and Two Halves" of corporate income tax and preferential tax policies for imported goods. Based on its advantageous geographical location, it has more choices of coking coal resources and convenient shipping conditions. At the same time, two coking projects jointly invested by Risun Group, Detian 4.7 million tons/year and Jinxiang 3.9 million tons/year, have also begun to be put into operation one after another.
