Risun Shangdu Base is a new base established by Risun Group through mergers and acquisitions, and it is also the first base for Risun Group to strategically enter the new energy industry. It is located in Changsheng Industrial Park, Qitai Town, Shangdu County, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a planned area of 1,500 mu. It currently has Inner Mongolia Hengsheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Xiangfu New Energy Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Xinjinma New Materials Co., Ltd. It mainly produces lithium battery negative electrode materials, with a total planned production capacity of 300,000 tons/year. It has built a front-end production line of 20.000 tons/year (crushing, granulation) for lithium battery negative electrode materials, 30,000 tons/year for graphitization, and 40,000 tons/year for finished products. It is building a graphite production capacity of 18,000 tons/year, forming a complete negative electrode material industry chain, constructing a sound customer service system and mature production management system, and establishing long-term stable strategic cooperation relationships with well-known enterprises in the industry.

It has obtained honorary qualifications such as National High-tech Enterprise, Autonomous Region Green Factory, Autonomous Region SRDI Enterprise, and Autonomous Region Enterprise Research Center. It has independent intellectual property rights for microwave sintering equipment for lithium-ion battery materials and master the core process technology for negative electrode material production. It has obtained 2 invention patents and 7 utility model patents, and another 3 invention patent applications have reached the examination stage. The lithium battery negative electrode material produced has the advantages of high-energy density, high-rate texture, and high-cycling performance, which determine key indicators such as charging and discharging efficiency and lifespan of downstream lithium battery products.

Looking towards the future, Risun Shangdu base adheres to the development positioning of "a globally leading green, low-carbon and intelligent industrial park for negative electrode materials". On the premise of completing the first round of profit loop and forming a core competitiveness of sales, operation, production, supply and research system operation, Risun Shangdu base filled in the gaps and formed a 100,000 tons/year integrated production capacity for negative electrode materials. It plans to construct a 200,000 tons/year integrated project for negative electrode materials, and support the construction of a source network load storage green electricity project and an autonomous region level asphalt based functional carbon material application engineering technology research center pilot base. At the same time, it introduces high-quality projects from upstream and downstream to cooperate in the park, promotes the integration of the regional negative electrode material industry, increases market share, enhances industry discourse power, strengthens the Risun new energy brand, integrates the entire process with green energy support, creates a benchmark industrial chain and typical demonstration enterprise for lithium battery new materials, and becomes a high-quality supplier of negative electrode materials.
