Risun Xingtai Base is the birthplace of Risun Group, the base for the formation, promotion, and inheritance of Risun Group's management culture and corporate culture. It is also a circular economy and city friendly demonstration base with the longest industrial chain, the largest industrial chain, the most advanced technology, the most efficient energy utilization, and world leading comprehensive indicators in China. It is also a benchmark park for high-quality green development of coal chemical industry in China. It is located in Risun Economic Development Zone, Xingtai, Hebei Province. Founded in 1995 and expanded in November 2003, it covers an area of 5,235 mu and has its own railway dedicated line of 18.39 kilometers.
Risun Xingtai Base has 12 companies, including Hebei CNC Risun Energy Limited, Xingtai Risun Coal Chemicals Limited, Hebei Jinniu Risun Chemicals Limited, Cabot Risun Chemical (Xingtai) Co.,Ltd., Xingtai Risun Chemicals Limited, Xingtai Risun Hydrogen Energy Limited, Xingtai Risun New Energy Technology Limited, Xingtai Risun Trading Limited, Xingtai Risun Anneng Thermal Power Limited, Xingtai Risun Technology Limited, Xingtai Tianlu Real Estate Development Limited, Xingtai Risun Chenxi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Limited. Among them, it cooperates with large state-owned enterprises and well-known foreign-funded enterprises such as CNC Group, Jizhong Energy and Cabot, and has a provincial engineering technology research center, a key laboratory for pollution reduction and control in Hebei Province, and a carbon-based materials and application technology innovation center in Hebei Province. It relies on the advantages of raw materials, public assistance, and research and development in the base to undertake the pilot scale testing and process development pilot testing of Risun Group's new product research and development.
Risun Xingtai Base produces and operates 2.52 million tons/year of coke, 700,000 tons/year of tar deep processing, 300,000 tons/year of crude benzene hydrogenation refining, 200,000 tons/year of methanol, 150,000 tons/year of carbon black, 100,000 tons/year of cyclohexane, 100,000 tons/year of synthetic ammonia, 80,000 tons/year of phthalic anhydride, 100 million cubic meters/year of SNG, 10,000 tons/year of crude phenol refining, 1,000 kg/day of high-purity hydrogen preparation, 1,000 kg/day of hydrogenation station, 7,500 tons/year of carbon dioxide capture (Hebei Province Carbon Dioxide Capture Utilization and Storage Pilot Project and Hebei Province Industrial Green Development Demonstration Project), and 26,000 tons/year of comprehensive utilization of desulfurization resources. It is building a demonstration and leading project for 50 million standard cubic meters/year of high-purity hydrogen and 160 million standard cubic meters/year of industrial hydrogen energy (a key project in the hydrogen energy industry in Hebei Province). At the same time, it generates 65MW of waste heat power annually, with the ability to supply clean energy such as 10 million square meters of central heating in the urban area, 100 million cubic meters of natural gas, and 200 million cubic meters of hydrogen annually.
Looking towards the future, Risun Xingtai Base adheres to the development positioning of "world leading new energy, new materials, fine chemicals, and green circular industrial park". While continuously carrying out digital, intelligent, safety, environmental protection, and energy-saving upgrading and transformation to further strengthen the basic industries, it boldly innovates with a fresh start mentality, innovates the industrial chain and the product line, expands the industrial boundaries and the park boundaries. It actively seeks policy support, increases factor aggregation efforts, develops graphite negative electrode, silicon carbon negative electrode lithium battery new energy industry through carbon based raw material extension chain, develops green carbon reduction new energy industry around hydrogen energy and solar energy, develops high-end new material industries such as engineering materials, fiber materials, lithium battery new materials, and optoelectronic development based on methanol and coking benzene extension chain, develops biodegradable material industry around carbon dioxide recovery, and constructs a new development pattern of new energy, new materials, and fine chemical industry in the park. It fully leverages the advantages of various joint venture companies within the base, increases investment efforts, and strives towards the goal of larger revenue scale and stronger comprehensive strength.
