Risun Yuncheng Base was founded in July 2019 and is located in the Yuncheng Chemicals Industry Park in Heze, Shandong Province. It was created by Risun Group based on the acquisition of Shandong Hongda Chemicals Limited, Shandong Hongding Chemicals Limited, and Shandong Yongzhi Chemicals Limited of the former Shandong Hongye Group in Yuncheng, covering an area of 2,222 mu. It has facilities such as 1.2 million tons/year coking, 150,000 tons/year synthetic ammonia, 300,000 tons/year nitric acid, 100,000 tons/year cyclohexanone, 140,000 tons/year adipic acid, and 60 tons/year CTH catalyst. It is building a 50,000 tons/year CTH industrial plant and has the only centralized heating center in Yuncheng Chemical Industry Park with a heating capacity of 700t/h. It mainly produces and operates products such as coke, liquid ammonia, cyclohexanone, crude benzene, tar, ammonium sulfate, concentrated nitric acid, dilute nitric acid, adipic acid, CTH catalyst, etc. It has obtained honors and qualifications such as National CNAS Accredited Laboratory, Level 2 Enterprise of Safety Production Standardization, Advanced Enterprise of Safety Production in Shandong Province, High-tech Enterprise in Heze City, Outstanding Contribution Enterprise in Heze City, Leading Enterprise in Key Industries in Heze City, Top 100 Industrial Enterprises in Heze City, and Meritorious Enterprise in Yuncheng County.

Risun Yuncheng Base, based on the Group's plan to "carry out research and development of nylon 66 copolymer slices and ultra-low viscosity products, establish an integrated industrial pattern of high-end special polyamide new materials such as nylon elastomers and high-temperature nylon", relies on the Group's R&D team to focus on the national new material "filling the gap" field, overcome the "bottleneck" technology, break through the technical barriers of key raw materials for polyamide new material production, and independently develop innovative production processes that have been monopolized by foreign countries for a long time, actively promotes the implementation of high-end polyamide new material integration projects. This project has been selected as a major project in Shandong Province and will be completed in stages. Its first 50,000 tons/year CTH industrial plant has started construction in September 2023.

Looking towards the future, Risun Yuncheng Base adheres to the development positioning of "coking head, carbonizing body, new materials+new energy", and expands the scale of coking through integration, providing strong support for the development of the chemical industry and new materials industry; it invests in the product line of hexamethylenediamine, continuously improves its technology and process level, and enhances its profitability. It investigates the feasibility of investing in a second set under the premise of forming a closed-loop profit in the first 50,000 tons/year unit. At the same time, it investigates the PA66 and supporting adipic acid product lines, constructs a vertically integrated industrial pattern, and creates high-end new materials, hydrogen energy, and modern green coal coke chemical circular economic base.
