Risun Dongming Base was founded in July 2019 and is located in Dongming Engineering Plastics Industrial Park, Heze, Shandong Province. It was created by Risun Group based on the acquisition of Shandong Fangming Chemicals Limited, Shandong Dongju Chemicals Limited, and Shandong Hengshun Heat Supply Limited, which were previously owned by Shandong Hongye Group in Dongming. The park covers an area of 1,078 mu, and is equipped with 2×150,000 tons/year of caprolactam, 370,000 tons/year of cyclohexanone, 300,000 tons/year of sulfuric acid, 2×130,000 tons/year of hydrogen peroxide, 65,000 tons/year of nylon 6 slices, 140,000 tons/year of synthetic ammonia, 59,000 standard cubic meters/hour of hydrogen gas, 5×130 tons/hour of boiler and other devices (the caprolactam device adopts the full set of technology from German PE company, and its core technology is the all metal film oximation reactor; the nylon 6 slicing device adopts the two-stage polymerization technology before and after pressurization from German PE company, and has the industry-leading BOPA membrane grade slicing production). The company mainly produces and operates products such as caprolactam, nylon 6 slices, cyclohexanone, fuming sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, ammonium sulfate, and sodium carbonate. It has obtained honors and qualifications such as Heze Polyamide Key Laboratory, Heze Water-saving Construction Unit, and Dongming County R&D Investment Advanced Enterprise.

At the same time, on the basis of fully filling the original equipment, Risun Dongming Base has completed the 200,000 tons to 300,000 tons/year expansion project of the caprolactam unit, built the largest domestic single scale cyclohexanone unit with an annual output of 350,000 tons, implemented the comprehensive utilization project of cyclohexanone caprolactam tail gas, as well as supporting projects such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sewage deep treatment, circulating water, and 110KV substation. It collaborates with Cangzhou Base to achieve a total scale of 750,000 tons/year for caprolactam production in Risun Group, becoming the world's second largest caprolactam producer with a market share of 7.1% and a cost reduction of 1,600-1,900 yuan/ton. Its production and export volume have repeatedly reached new highs, and its domestic and foreign customers have rapidly increased, greatly enhancing the core competitiveness of its products.

Looking towards the future, Risun Dongming Base adheres to the development positioning of "building a high-end polyamide (nylon) material integrated smart industry base with caprolactam as the leader, nylon 6 material as the direction, complete industrial chain, and upstream and downstream supporting facilities". It systematically plans chain extension, chain supplementation, and chain strengthening projects, supporting upstream and downstream, and has a complete industrial chain. It enhances the profitability of existing devices, strengthens overall strength and industry discourse power; it fills in the gaps and removes bottlenecks, explores the feasibility of expanding the scale of caprolactam, investigates investment opportunities in new materials, collaborates with Cangzhou base to build the Group's PA6, PA66 and other new material sectors based on caprolactam, and jointly creates a global benchmark for the first industry of caprolactam.
