Risun Pingxiang Base is located in Xiangdong Industrial Park, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 1,337 mu. On November 23, 2020, Risun Group signed a cooperation agreement with Pingxiang Municipal Government, Xiangdong District Government, Jiangtou Group, Pingkuang Group, and Wujiang Group to promote the planning of the Pingxiang Risun Energy and Material Recycling Industry Project. On September 22, 2022, Risun Group signed another contract with Jiangtou Group, Pingkuang Group, Wujiang Group, Pingxiang Investment and Development Group, and Xiangdong District Government to officially start construction.

Risun Pingxiang Base has established Pingxiang Risun Energy Limited to implement a 1.8 million tons/year coking project, and Pingxiang Anyuan Glass Limited to implement a 1,200 tons/day glass project. The project relies on the advantages of each partner, follows the requirements of Pingxiang Municipal Government on "high starting point, advanced technology, good quality, and fast progress", and follows the base construction mode of "integration, scale, intensification, ecologicalization, and intelligence" Risun Five Modernizations and the base management mode of "unified planning and development, unified infrastructure, unified operation and management, unified energy management, unified logistics transportation, unified safety and environmental protection, unified research and development innovation" Risun Seven Unifications, fully coordinating the implementation of the 1,200t/d glass project. It has completed the construction of a 1.8 million tons/year coking project with high quality and low cost, promoting the joint and unified sales, operation, production, and supply of coking enterprises in the region, achieving profit expectations, and forming a regional market competitive advantage. At the same time, it extends the planning of the hydrogen energy industry chain, develops the hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing industry, builds a hydrogen energy ecosystem and industrial demonstration base in Pingxiang City, and creates a globally leading green modern coal-coke-glass-hydrogen environmental economic smart base.
