"Three Efforts" of Risun

In the process of establishing, surviving, and developing Risun, all Risun people are required to use the "three efforts" to demand themselves, regardless of the situation, location, or challenge they face. We must strive to "put in more effort than opponents, put in effort that no opponent can match, put in effort no less than anyone else's". The "Three Efforts" are an integral part of the spirit and culture of Risun, representing the spirit, work state, and requirements of Risun in the face of competition, difficulties, challenges, the future, and risks. It is precisely with this working state that Risun overcomes difficulties and challenges, constantly moving from victory to new victories, and from success to new successes.

The spiritual temperament of Risun is the accumulation of long-term struggle, jointly created by all Risun people, and a true reflection and summary of the survival and development status of Risun's entrepreneurship, creation, and innovation. It is not an exaggeration, nor is it a slogan, but a concrete action, which is the daily work status of all Risun people. It is not only reflected on the surface, but more truly reflected in the silent dedication of all Risun people. It is a common requirement, compliance, and witness of Risun people, and a magic bullet and spiritual weapon for everyone to overcome difficulties. This spiritual weapon will add new content to Risun's future growth, and it will only become stronger, higher, and greater.
