(Hong Kong, 13 Jun 2023) - The refined chemical facility at China Risun Group Limited (“China Risun”, or the “Group”, stock code: 1907), a leading global integrated coke, coking chemicals and refined chemicals producer and supplier and relevant operation management services provider in China, commenced production of high-purity 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol and made the first sale order at unit price twice that of conventional products, helping markedly raise the Group’s profitability at Dingzhou production base.
Adhering to the principle of “letting sales preside production, coordinated production and sales, and maximizing efficiency”, the said refined chemical facility lets sales take lead and gears production according to customer demand in developing market. It started with closely tracking customer use of the high-purity 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol prototype and collecting customer feedbacks, followed by initial laboratory test of the product in a few kilograms, then testing and verifying the stability of the improved prototype chemical, to agreeing to cooperate and finally signing an exclusive customization contract.
Earlier, the Group had been adjusting, testing and optimizing the high-purity 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol at the production base and the opportunity came for the refined chemical workshop there to put out the product, which was successful on first attempt.
That process was highly innovative, ground-breaking and challenging. Upholding the scientific spirit, the refined chemical production and R&D staff at the Dingzhou production base worked together to overcome many difficulties, optimized the indicators and improved process-by-process to refine, be precise and accurate as well as lean in operation, thus were able to meet all set goals and requirements of relevant work procedures and processes. The order was completed smoothly with delivery made on time. That is proof of the Group having strong technological expertise and brand competitiveness, the ability to “break foreign technical barriers and fill the gap in putting out the product at home on the mainland”.
